Prospective Tenants

manage(512) maintains a rigorous screening process to ensure the best outcome possible. An experienced agent will assist in the finalizing of your rental application and within 72 hours the process is complete. manage(512) places emphasis on the following information:

  • Credit History
  • Background Check
  • Rental History

Lease terms are created upon application approval and with security, first month, and any additional applicable deposits paid via certified funds before access to your new home is granted.

We encourage Tenants to purchase renter’s insurance in order to cover any possible propertylosses due to fire, theft, flood, leaks, etc. Insurance obtained by the owner do not protect personal belongings. Please feel free to contact your manage(512) agent if help is needed.

Upon move-in, a copy of your signed lease and Inventory and Condition Form is provided. Please note your Inventory and Condition Form must be returned to manage(512) within the period of time specified per the lease agreement.

manage(512) will be readily available to all Tenants with any questions or concerns.
